Terms and Conditions for Online Sales of Koperasi Industri Halal Indonesia (KIHI)
1. Products Sold
a. Fresh Products
Fresh products include meat, fish, and other seafood. These products are guaranteed to meet halal standards and cleanliness regulations.
b. Industrial Products
Industrial products include cooking oil, butter, rice, and other processed products. All products are processed according to halal standards and of the highest quality.
2. Ordering Process
- Orders are made through the official KIHI online platform.
- Customers must provide accurate personal information, including name, delivery address, and contactable phone number.
- Orders are considered valid after the customer receives confirmation from KIHI via email or notification.
3. Payment
- Payments are made through the payment methods available on the KIHI platform, such as bank transfers, e-wallets, or other provided methods.
- Payments must be completed within a maximum of 24 hours after ordering to avoid automatic cancellation.
- Proof of payment must be sent if requested by the system for verification.
4. Delivery
- Products will be delivered to the agreed address within the specified timeframe.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
- For fresh products, delivery is carried out while ensuring the products remain in the best condition using appropriate packaging.
5. Returns
- Products received in damaged condition or not as ordered can be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned products are received and verified by KIHI.
- Fresh products cannot be returned unless damage occurs during delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations can only be made before payment or during the preparation process.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
7. Privacy and Security
- Customer personal data will be kept confidential in accordance with KIHI's privacy policy.
- KIHI is not responsible for data breaches caused by customer negligence in safeguarding their account information.
8. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered meet their needs.
- Any complaints or claims must be submitted through KIHI's customer service within the specified timeframe.
9. Force Majeure
KIHI is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, riots, or government policies.
